One sport that people love at the Olympics is archery. The way the archers aim with full focus and shoot the arrow aiming at the center of the target is what gets everyone excited.
Along with the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the event saw many archers, especially South Koreans, step onto the podium on numerous occasions.
However, in the midst of it, Tzuyu from South Korean girl group TWICE caught the attention of non-K-Pop fans. Apparently, old photos of Tzuyu from the Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC) have started to circulate on social media.
From July 26, Tzuyu started going viral again, especially on Brazilian Twitter, after someone joked that the Taiwanese singer was in fact competing in the Olympics.
Brazilian journalist “Giu Bressani” tweeted that his friend sent him #Tzuyu viral tweet and her friend thought Tzuyu was a real archery athlete so she clarified and told him that she was an idol and it was at ISAC which is a competition between idols. # ì¯ì # ã 㦠㣠https://t.co/krZ2ZvCfvw pic.twitter.com/pYF6Znvr16

Shortly after the tweet went VIRAL, many netizens who weren’t K-Pop fans took to social media to praise Tzuyu for his good looks and sleek physique. They also speculated that she was on the Taiwan Archery Team.
Many ISAC videos and images of Tzuyu started to gain more attention, as people praised her mainly for her appearance.

As for the girl, her full name is Chou Tzu-yu and is commonly referred to as Tzuyu. She is a Taiwanese singer based in South Korea. She is the youngest member of JYP Entertainment’s girl group TWICE. Tzuyu is the only member of Twice in Taiwan.
Meanwhile, the Indians had placed their hopes on Deepika Kumari and her husband Atanu Das, however, the other archers – mostly Koreans – turned out to be better.
