Christmas came early for a Coles supermarket customer with an amazing bargain at her local store.
Sharing on a popular Facebook group, customer Arieta revealed that she bought a whole Christmas ham for just 36 cents.
The holiday favorite has an expiration date of January 5, 2021, which means Arieta can enjoy her ham on Christmas Day worry-free.
So how did she pick up the super cheap ham? There appears to be a ticketing error, where the ham was not weighed correctly resulting in a low price.
“Merry Christmas to me!” she wrote on the Markdown Addicts Australia page.
“I had to wipe my eyeballs several times to see if I was seeing this correctly.
“Even the lady looks at me weird, I said ‘That’s what it is, right?’ ‘
Many were blown away by the find, which is a good reminder for shoppers to keep an eye out for similar miracle buys before Christmas.
“Good on you and enjoy it!” said one.
Adding another: “It would be lucky to even be the weight of the scarf around her!” Really great score. “

A third said: “Fantastic purchase. Merry Christmas to you! “
But there’s always good news for Coles buyers who aren’t fortunate enough to spot offers like this.
The supermarket is offering $ 10 off the total cost of Coles beech smoked half-thigh ham and Coles crispy ham until December 8.
