My Hero Academia Season 6 Trailer Reveals Theme Song

A new trailer for the highly anticipated season 6 of my hero academia dropped, giving fans a chance to hear a snippet of the theme song.

The third trailer was released on TOHO’s YouTube channel and features the opening theme song “Hitamuki”, sung by 4-member Japanese rock band SUPER BEAVER. The band performed the opening theme songs for various popular series like Haikyu!! Up Part 2 and is best known for singing the fifth season finale song of Naruto Shippuden. The trailer shows all the heroes coming together to fight against the villains of the Paranormal Liberation Front, led by Shigaraki.

Studio BONES will be back to animate season 6 of My hero academia, with Kenji Nagasaki retaining his role as director. Season 5 premiered in 2021 with 25 episodes. The studio has yet to announce the episode count for Season 6.

The fifth season of my hero academia ended with the Meta Liberation Army teaming up with League of Villains after Shigaraki defeated Re-Destro, creating the formidable Paranormal Liberation Front. Thanks to Hawks, who went undercover, the heroes have a better idea of ​​who the enemies are, but don’t yet know that Shigaraki has undergone a major power-up.

My Hero Academia takes a dark turn

The superhero series, written and illustrated by Kōhei Horikoshi, follows Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless young boy who dreams of becoming a hero. The manga series is ongoing, serialized in Shōnen Jump, and can be read on Viz Media. The upcoming new season and current manga arc follow dark trajectories, with the manga’s more recent chapters showing the heroes struggling to hold their own against the villains while a beloved hero appears to be down for the count.

For those who want to keep up to date with what’s going on with my hero academia so far, the first five seasons can be streamed on Crunchyroll, along with the OVAs.
