Jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea (MCST, Minister Hwang Hee) and the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchanges (KOFICE, President Jung Kil-hwa), this concert attracted many attention as it was the first large-scale offline event prepared by the government since the implementation of the ‘living with COVID-19’ program to initiate a gradual return to normal life.
This year’s event was organized with special attention to infection prevention measures by implementing the ‘vaccine pass’ and ‘people count’ systems.
