BTS’s J-hope is winning fans with a big donation. “Such selflessness”

  • After making a significant contribution to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association
  • BTS’s J-hope has been inducted into the association’s Honors Club.
  • BTS’ Suga joined the Honors Club in early March.

On August 18, it was announced that J-Hope had donated 100 million won (approximately $75,900) to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association to help repair the damage caused by the devastating rains in the central area of Korea.

Fans have become curious that BTS…

“I am grateful for the act of J-earnest Hope for the victims,” said Hope Bridge Organization General Secretary Kim Jung Hee.

In 2018, J-Hope donated over 100 million won to Child Fund Korea, making him a member of the Green Noble Club.

The popular boyband member donated 200 million won in 2019: 100 million won for scholarships and another 100 million won for treating young patients.

His donation of 100,000,000 Won in 2020 will help young people with COVID-19 from low-income families.

In 2021, he celebrated his birthday by donating another 150 million Won (about $113,700).
